Every single tree serves a very special and important purpose. Trees are a vital part of wildlife habitats, community green spaces, and even our own backyards. While they provide us with limitless environmental benefits, they offer plenty of social and economic benefits, too.
Our main goal is to promote a positive tree culture in Sioux Lookout and Northern Ontario. Our only competition is Mother Nature, who allows trees to grow however they wish. By providing regular tree care practices, we can help create beautiful, natural, living legacies.

Promoting Positive Tree Culture
Urban Forest Management
The sustained planning, planting, protection, maintenance, and care of trees, forests, greenspace and related resources in and around cities and communities for economic, environmental, social, and public health benefits for people. We specialize in Urban Forest Management.
Tree Planting
Planting trees is an essential way we can increase land value, improve the quality of soil, increase wildlife habitat, enhance recreational opportunities, improve the health of local environment, and leave a lasting legacy. Strategically planting trees promotes certain and successful growth, not to mention your enjoyment of the many benefits they provide. We are happy to assist you in planning the planting of trees on your property.
Tree Removal
Tree removal is the warranted removal of diseased, decaying or dead trees. Removal is necessary when a tree poses a threat of spreading disease to other trees nearby; when there is a damage risk to your home or other buildings; when there is a chance of personal injury; and when the tree’s health is compromised beyond saving it. If you have a tree you’ve been concerned with, please don’t hesitate to contact us for an evaluation.
Tree Pruning
Tree pruning is more important than most people realize. By pruning young trees, they can be trained to grow to promote good, sound structure. As the tree matures, additional pruning may be necessary to prevent branches from becoming weak and succumbing to failure and creating unnecessary danger due to its own weight or a good strong wind.
Cabling
It is important to provide the necessary support for trees that are prone to or at risk of failure. We will perform a tree risk assessment to determine if a tree would benefit from cabling. Installed cabling should be inspected by a certified arborist annually to ensure it is still performing the job it was intended to do. Every tree we can save makes a positive impact on our environment.
Hedging/Shaping
Hedging and shaping are techniques used to maintain a fence or boundary formed by a dense row of shrubs or low trees. We can assist you in determining which types of shrubs or trees will give you maximum benefits for what you’d like to achieve with them. We’ll also keep them neat, clean and pleasing to the eye.
